This is highly responsible and independent work which coordinates the activities of the Professional Placement Network (PPN) program in Broward County, Florida (Region 22), One-Stop Centers. It is complex administrative and consultative work providing operational and management coordination for the Region. Work is carried out under the general supervision of the Regional Workforce Board President or his/her designee.

Developed creative approaches to educate employers about CareerSource Broward's (formally WorkForce One) resources and services. Identified employers interested in working with CareerSource Broward to take advantage of Federal and Local Training Grants. Obtained lists of jobs offered by employers to be listed in CareerSource Broward's job bank. Developed a schematic for career ladders in occupational areas offering high wages within the Scientific and Healthcare communities.
